Choose the Living Services membership this community is on. The colored ribbon identifies the tier at a glance. Click Lock in membership to accept the plan. After that, changing it requires a double confirmation and Apply membership change — that button saves the plan on its own, without Save facility.
This plan is locked. To change it, choose a different plan, type the new plan name, then type CHANGE.

Residents can film in their unit, or in this room when they share a unit or prefer a common space.
Approval people
Common-area filming is a full day, 8:00am to 5:00pm. List at least two people who can approve a requested day or suggest a different one. Include each person’s title. Either person can respond, so coverage continues if someone is out. Removing or editing a person is saved to the database when you click Save facility.
Facility calendar
Paste a special web address from the filming room’s calendar. It only lets us see when that room is already booked — we cannot add or change events. Prefer the room calendar, not the whole community events calendar.
How do I find this link?
You are looking for a publish or secret iCal link. It is not the calendar page people normally open, and it is not an invite sent to a person.

2. Outlook / Microsoft 365 steps
- 1Open outlook.office.com and sign in.
- 2Click the gear, then View all Outlook settings.
- 3Go to Calendar → Shared calendars.
- 4Under Publish a calendar, choose the filming-room calendar.
- 5Set permission to Can view when I’m busy or Can view all details.
- 6Click Publish, then copy the ICS link (not HTML).
2. Google Calendar steps
- 1Open calendar.google.com on a computer (not the phone app).
- 2Click the gear in the top right, then Settings.
- 3On the left, under Settings for my calendars, click the name of the filming-room calendar. Stay off General — the link is not there.
- 4On that calendar’s page, click or scroll to Integrate calendar.
- 5Copy Secret address in iCal format. Skip the Public address above it. The secret link contains /private- and usually ends in basic.ics.
If you do not see a secret iCal address, your Google Workspace admin may have turned that option off. Do not use “Share with specific people,” an embed code, or the browser address bar.
2. Apple / iCloud steps
- 1On a Mac: open the Calendar app, right-click the calendar → Share Calendar.
- 2Turn on Public Calendar, then Copy Link.
- 3A link that starts with webcal:// is fine.
You have the right link if
- It starts with https:// or webcal://.
- It often ends in .ics or includes the word calendar.
- Pasting it in a browser downloads a calendar file, or shows text starting with BEGIN:VCALENDAR.
Do not paste
- A link that opens the calendar website.
- A “share with” or meeting-invite link.
- HTML or embed code.
Then click Test calendar. If that works, click Save facility.
We use this so filming holds open in that calendar with one click, instead of a file download.

By default the subject or payee picks a date in the portal after they create an account.
Assigning a date locks Package, Physical media, Photos, and Discounts & payment plan. Choose the project type below so the family sees the right tools.
What kind of project is this?

$350 each for 1–5, $315 for 6–9, $280 for 10–14, $245 for 15+. A $1,000 setup fee applies to letters-only projects.
Package price is fixed by the selections above — change defaults in the Package Catalog, not here.
Add-ons
Choose someone already on this workspace, or add a new recipient. If the recipient is not the subject, a mailing address is required. This is the person who receives the one USB of the address.
Mailing address: use the payee’s mailing address in the People section.
Physical media
Copies within your package’s included count and format are free. Formats not included with your memoir package, or copies beyond the included count, require a surcharge ($50/unit format upgrade, $70/unit additional copy) and confirmation below.
Every Living Address includes one USB. This copy is USB only and cannot be changed to DVD or Blu-ray.
Photos
Photos included with your memoir package are covered in the package price. Enter the total count for production planning.
Discounts & payment plan
Payment is two installments: 50% at signing and 50% after final video approval. This plan does not include a package discount, and a flexible payment plan is not available.
50% due upon contract signing; the remaining 50% is due after final video approval. Includes a 15% discount on the memoir package price.
Cannot be combined with a payment-plan memoir discount. Waive the plan discount above to use a promotional discount.
