We operate this website to promote our services and solicit business, and to support client and partner-community bookings (including resident filming days). By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described below, except where your consent or applicable law requires otherwise.

Information we collect

• Information you provide — such as name, email address, phone number / mobile number, company or community name, unit/room number, secondary contact details, and the content of messages or forms you submit.
• Booking and preparation information — such as service selections, shoot dates, and materials you choose to share through our resident preparation portal.
• Usage and technical data — such as IP address, general location derived from IP, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and dates/times of visits (often through logs, cookies, or similar technologies).
• Advertising and analytics data — when you interact with our site, Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools and related integrations may collect or receive information as described in their own policies, including for measurement, personalization, and delivery of ads.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request;
• Confirm bookings, send scheduling updates, and share preparation-portal access;
• Send transactional emails and text messages related to your booking or account when you have agreed to receive them;
• Follow up with you about projects, consultations, or opportunities related to our business;
• Send marketing and promotional communications when permitted (for example, where you have opted in or applicable law allows), including news, offers, or information about our services;
• Operate, improve, and secure our website and related tools;
• Measure traffic and campaign performance, including through Google and Meta advertising and analytics features;

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts through our SMS consent checkbox (for example, on our resident booking form), we may send transactional SMS messages from Berzenji Productions & Media about your filming-day booking, including confirmation messages and links to the Resident Preparation Portal.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most guests receive a small number of messages around booking and preparation (typically a few messages per booking). Exact frequency depends on your booking activity and any follow-up needed to serve you.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Non-sharing of mobile numbers / opt-in data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We do not sell, rent, or buy mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. We may use a messaging provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners (including advertising platforms) may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze use of the site, and support advertising—including Google Ads, Google Analytics or related Google marketing products where implemented, and Meta Pixel or other Meta business tools where implemented. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality or ad preferences. Third parties

We do not sell your personal information to outside third parties for money. Website advertising and analytics tools (such as Google or Meta) may receive technical usage data as described in the Cookies section; that is separate from SMS. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with affiliates, lead generators, or other brands for their marketing.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or operational requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Our website is directed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
